Currently Accepting New Clients
Hi, I’m Max
I believe therapy is a mutual partnership that unfolds over time. I seek to create authentic, collaborative spaces for my clients where anyone can safely explore themselves without shame.
WHO I WORK WITH
I work with folks who are navigating overwhelm, burnout, relational pain, or a sense that something in their system is stuck or misfiring. Some come in with a diagnosis like OCD or a functional neurological disorder. Others are dealing with the emotional weight of caregiving, identity stress, or disconnection in their relationships.
I work with adults, couples, and families from a wide range of backgrounds. My practice is explicitly affirming of queer, trans, and neurodivergent folks, and is committed to being anti-racist, body-liberated, and disability-conscious.
I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to explain everything upfront. If you’re feeling off, overwhelmed, or like your nervous system is working overtime, therapy might be a place to start untangling what’s underneath.

Experiences
The experiences my clients carry are often layered, sometimes tied to early attachment ruptures, sometimes shaped by chronic stress or internalized systems of harm. Many folks describe feeling flooded, numb, or unsure how to move forward, even if they’re high-functioning on the outside.
My Approach
My approach is integrative. That means I draw from multiple modalities, such as IFS, Gestalt, ERP, and somatic work, while staying grounded in the relationship we build together. I pay close attention to pacing, language, and neurotype. What's most important is what we build (e.g., the trust, safety, trust) and how we build it, together.
Sessions
I offer sessions both in-person and virtually. I also offer reduced base rates for queer folks, folks with disabilities, and folks of color as one small way to push back against oppressive systemic barriers.
My office has stairs and no elevator. If this does not meet your needs, please let me know, and we can work together virtually.
